It’s already March, and we are almost one month away from our first anniversary as a Fondecyt project. On this occasion, and with a series of contingencies in telecommunications, we could not ignore the analogue switch-off and full transition to digital television that Chile is experiencing in our op/ed. This is coupled with an unprecedented action by a Chilean media outlet to sue a major platform due to its mechanism for disseminating contents.
Additionally, various activities kept the Fondecyt team in constant movement during the summer season, participating in seminars, workshops for community communicators, trips abroad or collaborating with texts for new publications.
